From the Brand: How Did We Get Our Start?

After we became neighbors, we, Claire and Nicole, decided to combine our skills in art and business to create a brand of sweet and whimsical gifts. What Makes Our Products Unique? We only use original illustrations, and we work hard to source ethical, recycled, reusable, and sustainable materials for our products and packaging.

What Problem Are We Solving? Gift shopping can be tricky, so we try to ensure we have a design for everyone, whether you're into golf, cooking, unicorns, bears, hiking, reading, drinking, cats, puns, and more. There's always a gift for people who have everything.

Handmade in the USA: We have been screen printing all of our t-shirts, tote bags, dish towels, and zipper pouches by hand since 2015 using non-toxic inks. We started Moonlight Makers in our kitchens in 2015 when we were neighbors, and our kids loved to play together every day. We started selling out of a cute bus, and in 2017, we moved into our beautiful studio, opened a store in Asheville, North Carolina, and expanded our product line.

Humble Beginnings: We started off as neighbors and became instant friends. After a few months, we knew we wanted to be in business together and started Moonlight Makers on February 2nd, 2015! Now we have an incredible team, a studio, and our products are in thousands of stores nationwide.
